With a strong 24.45 in the 50m freestyle, Florine finishes just 0.03 seconds off the Belgian record and that puts her on the 8th place overall. She grabs the last spot for tomorrow’s final!

Roos Vanotterdijk makes history again! In the final of the 50m butterfly at the World Championships, Roos claims a stunning bronze medal with a time of 25.43! 🇧🇪✨ Another incredible moment for Belgian swimming — and for Roos, who just keeps flying higher!

This morning Florine Gaspard swam a 10th time on the 50m freestyle in 24.64, qualifying for the semi-finals this evening! Roos Vanotterdijk swam 25.09, placing 23rd. This evening we see back both ladies 💪🏻, Florine semi’s 50m freestyle and Roos final 50m butterfly 🚀

World Championships Singapore 2025 Both Florine Gaspard and Roos Vanotterdijk qualify for the semi-finals in the 100m freestyle. Florine swims a strong PR in 53.71 and goes through in 6th place! Roos swims a time of 53.98 and she qualifies 10th for the semi-finals.

🇧🇪 New Belgian Record for Roos Vanotterdijk! In the 50m backstroke semi-final, Roos clocks 27.67, breaking her own national record of 27.81 (set earlier this year in Stockholm and matched in London). 💥 She finishes 11th in the world, just outside the final — but what a swim!
