Working on something that would solve the double content download problem in Vue 3...

Unpopular opinion: React is the wrong tool for building content websites (blogs, marketing sites, documentation, etc.) today. SSR is not good enough. You end up downloading the content twice: once in the HTML, and again in the JS for hydration. How did this become so common? 😱

There are plenty of articles about creating new tests, but not enough about making your current tests better - because they're much harder to write. @Lachlan19900 makes it look easy. https://t.co/P1I5rwuNre #Javascript #VueJS #Testing

⚡️ @vuejs tip TIL that every Vue component has an `errorCaptured` lifecycle hook. It is called when an error from any descendent component is captured. You can also stop propagation of the error throw by returning false. More on the errorCaptured hook: https://t.co/PbbqaIWEP7

💡TIP: Values contained in a closure will be "private" to the environment outside of the closure Functions `inc` and `dec` have exclusive access to `state` `state` is protected from outside changes #javascript #dev #nodejs #es6 #code #development
