Very true - we’ve spent many a happy hour and km’s in the foothills - so many quiet lanes.
While most people come cycling in the Pyrenees to experience the high mountain passes there is some great cycling to be had in the foothills. If you have the time we highly recommend trying some of these roads, they offer some fantastic cycling in a stunning location.
