An inquest has concluded that baby Pippa Gillibrand died as a result of an avoidable delay in delivery during a planned home birth. JMW's @becci_cahill represented Pippa’s parents at the inquest, and will now support them in a civil claim. Read more from @SkyNews:

Cases of medical negligence relating to stillbirths, newborn fatalities and children who later died after being brain damaged during delivery rose by around 16 per cent.
