I recently made my first purchase from @BassProShops. They will be out of business before they see another penny from me. Terrible experience! Shop with caution #AssProShops 💩

I think getting to play on the field with your father/son is every athletes dream. Those who got to see the Griffey’s play (in person), witnessed a historical time in baseball 🐐 #TheKid

If you took the time to read the past few tweets, I hope you learned one thing. It doesn’t cost you anything to be nice. How we (NYers) act and treat people are a reflection of our City!! When it’s time to help, HELP!! That doesn’t make you weak, that makes you honorable!!

On that day, my grandmother was sitting on her porch as we turned the corner covered in ash; some bleeding. But I remember her face and the hug she gave me when we got to her home. My grandmother is no longer with us, but this memory lives forever I can still feel that hug 🙏🏼

One of the coworkers who ran with us that day was called by FDNY months after the tragic event. He was on the FDNY waiting list and was working at XO Communications until he got his call. I think of this group of individuals that ran to safety that day with me as their guide..

People have lost something very important in their lives - Empathy!! I pray that people wake the fuk up and not lose sight that NOBODY is bigger than the program!!! My prayers go out to those who suffered the loss of a loved one or have someone with any terminal illness from 9/11

Every year they play the names of those lost on that tragic day and I make it a point to watch some of it. So many people lost their lives simply going to work that day. The fact there are discussions of defunding any support to victims & their families is shameful!!

The one thing I hang my hat on is how incredibly well everyone stuck together in that moment of crisis. It didn’t matter your age, race, sexual preference, we all HELPED each other climb the wall of the FDR so we can run in the only direction of safety. It was amazing to see!

A war that we were Losing at the moment. That day changed my views on so many things in my life. I changed my occupation, I didn’t visit manhattan for many years for any reason. Not for shopping, shows, restaurants, I was good on all of that for the moment..

I remember someone taking a picture of me as I was covered in ash, with the sleeve ripped off my dress shirt to be used as a mask to tie around my mouth and nose. I can honestly say I was not sure I would make it home before we began that journey to Brooklyn. It felt like war!

My coworkers were from CT, NJ and long island. At the time I lived in Queens but had tons of family in Brooklyn. We walked up the promenade (what imo is still the best view of the NYC skyline) and it was riddled with photographers with telescopic lenses taking pictures

Imagine running with thousands of people and you can’t see the person in front of you because the ash was so thick.. we were all breathing in that shit that was blowing in the air! After running up the FDR drive and over the BK Bridge, myself and 4 coworkers made it to Brooklyn

For the moments immediately following the collapse of the first building, everyone ran for their lives trying to outrun the smoke and rubble. No person was fast enough and we found ourselves running down Broad Street to the FDR Drive in what looked like a blizzard of ashes…

I ran home from work on 9/11/01 covered in ash from 40 Broad Street. At the time I was working for a telecom company by the name of XO Communications. I was 23 years old and saw things that day that changed my life forever
