Over 8,000 Game Industry workers have been laid off already this year, with Palia having 49 staff just let go. With more unemployment coming, less games can be purchased, the business models have to change. Something better than just Free to Play is needed. #gamedev #layoffs

"SellWall Smasher" is obviously based on the concept of breaking through the Crypto Sell Walls on exchanges and the gameplay shows how hard this really is. Every hit of a F.U.D platform starts tanking the price, more #FUD, more Sell pressure. https://t.co/SzGdm4s3k1 #games

When we talk about contracting indie devs, we also mean artists. While AI Art is quickly becoming popular, it is still a tool and a very nice looking placeholder. Artists can still drive imagination to new heights and put your game on a whole new level. #AIart #gamedev #revenue

Mobile games are perfect for F2P Ad Rev model (no micro txs) because of admob and ironsource but PC gaming is our main goal. The question is: How do we monetize a F2P Steam Game without doing micro txs or donations? Gamers are already stretched thin on their budgets. #gamedev

The other industry seeing massive layoffs is teaching, so how about teacher made F2P games? What if it could count towards extra credit or tutoring? The parent's can watch ads (not kids) to unlock new lessons and check progress (no extra expenses for parents)? #teachers #games

Our proposed business model is not very capitalist but we hope it works out: Make F2P casual games as revenue pillars Use the rev to fund cost centers where we can pay indie devs to make assets they own the IP for and can resell It's simple and everyone wins. #GMS #GameMaker

We have been LIVE in the app store for a few days now but the admob stats are not very encouraging, so far only 1 matched ad out of 43 requests. Hopefully this picks up and it's just a normal thing for new mobile apps. #admob #games #Finances #revenue
