This is an acutely important issue for the future of parks, not least while we all, through #COP15 and otherwise, celebrate the myriad benefits of time in nature, and consequently see a growing number & diversity of park visitors. Most especially in urban adjacent parks.

That’s a wrap! The 2022 BC PARF is in the books and our WLCE team is extremely happy with how it all went. Thank you to all the delegates, presenters, invited speakers, volunteers, and sponsors. It was great to host 170+ visitors to Nanaimo and VIU. @TourismNanaimo @VIUniversity
