Quickly added some GitHub Actions to an old pixi/ROS example. It feels unreal how easy that was, knowing ROS CI setup pain from my previous work. And that on Windows and macOS🀩 I can tell you more about it at #ROSCon ! πŸ§ͺ https://t.co/FYFfmrisTi

Did you know that pixi handles WebAssembly? πŸ’₯ What if your code could run in any browser? We are working hard to build the best WASM package manager! Read more: https://t.co/Vrk2zmDkJI cc @WasmWeekly #WASM #Rust #opensource

We host an online Show & Tell tomorrow (Friday at 11:30 AM CEST). We've learnt a lot about the conda-forge infrastructure during our quest to add rattler-build to @condaforge. Tomorrow we share our learnings with the community πŸš€ πŸ“† See you on Discord:

um wtf 🀯 My friend @wuoulf just blew my mind with Pixi PDF! Imagine embedding your ENTIRE dev environment IN A PDF! πŸ“„πŸ’» - Ship code with your paper - Instant reproducibility - One-click rerun of analyses If you're at @SciPyConf go chat with him about this stuff! 1/

I've been working on a little side project - "pixi-pdf"! It allows you to embed your entire pixi project into a regular, readable PDF file. Imagine uploading an _executable_ PDF to @arxiv - would that be exciting for scientists? cc @SciPyConf πŸ‘©β€πŸ”¬πŸ§ͺ

We are ready for @SciPyConf! Are you a scientist? Pixi offers the best @condaproject experience for researchers: - Excellent reproducibility, and collaboration 🀝 - Native software from @condaforge can make full use of GPUs and CPUs πŸ€– - No more installation pain for students πŸš€

Sharded repodata could be a huge speed-up boost for the entire conda ecosystem!

We've been working on a huge speed improvement for @condaproject users: sharded repodata. With sharded repodata you only download what is needed to resolve an environment (instead of 50+ Mb index data). This creates a much faster initial experience.
