CAFE standards have now been eliminated in the OBBB. Trump’s bill eliminates penalties for automakers that fail to meet federal Corporate Average Fuel Economy (CAFE) standards. Previously, automakers that didn’t meet fuel economy targets had to either improve efficiency or buy.

Yeah I don’t really like Elon’s new party I don’t trust it he’s abused the H1B visa system he calls it the America party but let’s face it he would flood this country with migrants and native born Americans wouldn’t be able to get a job.
