Great insights into key agricultural commodities including grain, beef and sheep and how COVID-19 may impact in these commodities in the coming months. While commodity prices are relatively unchanged through COVID-19 this may not be the case going forward.
Australia’s agriculture industry is bracing for the impact of COVID-19. So far, the farming business has been comparatively resilient https://t.co/VUml5UxIac

Durango Star (Mawingo - Eumeralla Miss) wins well at Swan Hill for @symonwilde at just his 3rd start collecting almost $30k for connections. Mawingo’s progeny are taking off and he now boasts an impressive winners to runners percentage from his first crop.

Commitments from both @LiberalAus and @AustralianLabor into irrigation developments in Tasmania is money well spent. Previous irrigation schemes have completely transformed agriculture in Tasmania and significantly increased production volume and value.

Superstar Tassie filly Mystic Journey was officially timed to run her last 600 tonight in 32.66 secs with her last 200 in a sizzling 10.62. It was some performance. The $11,000 Tassie Yearling buy was simply astonishing! #allstar #tassiestar #star

Fantastic for the fruit growing community that the fruit fly has been eradicated in Tasmania with operations back to normal.
After 350 of the longest days imaginable, signs can be packed away. We have been declared fruit fly free. Let’s hope they never need to be used again. Thanks to all involved

Very proud that ANZ are well and truly leading all banks with their support for customers affected by the drought. 1% interest rate cut on business loans in drought affected areas which is a commitment in excess of $20m to date and growing #supportingourfarmers
