7-11 Slurpee Day. Love the tradition of getting one each year with my kids although my son ditched us a for his friends this year and I had to take my daughter’s to her at work. 😂 Sugar overload is real.

It’s Tuesday, time to get the fam together for some healthy conversation and a nutritious meal. Maybe even plan a bonus meal with family, friends, or neighbors for the #MemorialDay weekend? Focus on the ones you love and keep things in perspective. ❤️ #TogetherTuesdays

I love the thought behind this article but at the same time really? Why are women diminished for having kids? This is to prove you can come back after kids. Really? There are articles that champion women for professional achievements after kids. Having kids does not finish you.

This is a great look at popular diets from heart health standpoint. So many people are in search of weight loss but they fail to remember they need to look at overall health too. Stop cutting whole food groups out and balance across food groups for the best heart health.

Yep I often try to be perfect at everything in life until overwhelm reminds me I’m succeeding at nothing and I need to back off again. I’m working hard at saying no to things that aren’t necessary.
