I renamed the PHP Debug Bar package to php-debugbar/php-debugbar and released v2. It has a more modern layout, back-porting a few Laravel Debugbar improvements and moving to CSS variables. Biggest update is a native Dark theme and a settings panel to update the UI.

Dompdf 3.1 has been released, which contains a breaking change for laravel-dompdf users when using data:// urls. The data:// protocol has to be added to the config. We updated the default config in laravel-dompdf:3.1 but if you published the config, you need to add this yourself.
