A quasi-contract is like ‘LUV’. It is Lawful to love. Loving is also a Voluntary act, no one shall force you to love someone. However, some love is unrequited; hence, a Unilateral act. Oh next time, pag nakalimutan mo ang quasi-contract, just think of your unrequited ‘luv’ 😁
