it's possible I may have a rare type of Migraine subtype that doesnt have a ton of research done about it called MUMS. Sigh, it's always something. At least this means treatment options.

imagine a headache that never goes away and varies from annoying to OMG my heads going to explode and tons of other daily symptoms. Sometimes i get numbness and weakness in my face/arm/leg (luckily those type of attacks dont happen as often). Oh and my neuro says (see comment)

I've been diagnosed as having Chronic Migraine. Which means my head always hurts, and im always in some stage/level of attack. This is part of the reason why I'm not always smiling and it pisses me off when I'm told to smile more. I'm in pain 24/7 (more in comments)

Gotta love it, im in healthcare. I test positive for covid and get told by work that I can't return for x amount of days despite no symptoms and a negative repeated test, only to have those mandated days off counted against me in terms of attendance. This is some BS.

Daily pain, light and sound sensitivity, nausea, phantom smells, pressure in ears, etc. Everything I've been tested for, been told they can't find anything wrong. FINALLY told its not all in my head (well technically it is) and finally getting treatment. Brain MRI is next. 2/2

I saw a headache specialist Neurologist today, I FINALLY have answers and a proper diagnosis after years of suffering and worsening symptoms. I have Intractable migraine with aura/FDA criteria for Chronic Migraine. I have a headache of some degree every day, it never stops. 1/2

I was in a 911 dispatch training class of mostly people just barely out of highschool. 9/11 came up as a discussion point, us 3 older ones in class shared our memories, the younger ones looked at us and one eventually blurts out "you were ALIVE when that happened?" 🤦‍♀️
