Haven’t pushed 6 plates in a while. No lift off. Felt like I could have gone heavier but didn’t want to over do it. Keep showing up. Consistency beats intensity over time. 💪🏽

I am so proud of my son. He focused on what he could control this summer and kept getting better (even after his AAU team folded abruptly). Has one of the smoothest lefty shooting strokes and can make 3’s consistently. 55% last weekend and 57% this weekend.

Proud of my son. Shot 55% from 3 this weekend playing for a new team. He’s handled the abrupt shutdown of his prior team well. Still in the gym everyday getting better, helping teammates and being coachable.

I am always impressed with the seniors at the gym in the morning. Folks are here on crutches, walkers and canes but they’re here. In life, it’s not just about what someone accomplished but also what it took for them to get there. Run your race. 💪🏽.

Very disappointed but want to take the high road. The context is that this weekend & next weekend are live events - meaning college coaches are there. Imagine suddenly having no team, in another city and trying to convince people who don’t know you to let you play with them.

Very proud of my son. We talk about resilience in our family and he showed it in a big way. His travel team made the decision to shut down as he was in the air flying to St Louis. Shout out to @CoachHemphill for working behind the scenes to find a team. Thank you coach!.
Due to unfortunate circumstances, 1 day before the live period I no longer have a team to play for, I’m looking for a team to play live period for next weekend, I’m a 16 year old 6’3 guard that can play 1-3, I play 16U and can also play up 17U, please reach out if there’s spots.

I never sleep well before early morning flights. Worried about over sleeping. Made it to the airport and through security before 6am. Another week in multiple cities but working on some cool stuff we’ll be able to share soon. Happy junior hump day.
