Great examples of heuristics we can use from @TheyWrestleTest ! Also appreciate her giving credit to the individuals who called them out as their favourite heuristics which she collected via crowdsourcing CRUD, Goldilocks, Poke it til it pops, Unicode Snowman, Input method

We prevent exploration by only asking yes no questions. We need to ask open ended questions to get more valuable data in our testing

How often do we decide ahead of time what we are going to learn when we approach testing? That limits how much we can truly learn and we need to look at more as research to allow us to learn new things through our testing @TheyWrestleTest #AgileTD

Building on one another's ideas is the key to pairing. By building on ideas instead of fighting back against them you're able to create even better ideas and outcomes. It also lets shared ownership grow. @shiv_krish @lisihocke #AgileTD

Great example to improve pairing interactions is to use genuine appreciation. We can feel uncertain when we pair because we're unsure if it's safe to question things and we're unsure how the other person feels but genuine appreciation helps! #AgileTD @lisihocke @shiv_krish
