There's only one strategy you can use to convince an employer to give you your first job in 2025: 1. Build some real shit 2. Make it world class 3. Ship it I mentored 3 people that landed jobs with this strategy in 2024. It still works.

Your networking is not working because you're being too selfish about the entire thing. Networking is not sending DMs and asking people what they can do for you. It's identifying people who you can provide value to, and providing value expecting nothing in return.
