one more thing. the recipe says split ur dough into 80g balls do Not do that or your shrimp will be big and fat unless that is the desired result. 40g of dough is plenty for a nice medium sized guy

also used edible marker for the eyes, im sure chocolate crispearls would work just as well (i wanna try this next time)

for the tail i rolled up little balls of dough and put a cut in the middle to make them look like shrimpy tails. you can probably cut the edge of the dough to make the same effect as well
