The question I am asked the most by bands singed and unsigned is “how do I get support tours?” There isn’t an answer anyone wants to hear. You have to go out and prove yourself as a draw. Usually that means years of networking with all the bands and promoters in your region.

Seeing a lot of “Blackbraid is an industry plant” discourse. Any reasonable evidence behind this? Or is it just outrage from the black metal community that a indigenous person is killing it in the scene at the moment? Genuinely curious.

in my college orientation i was asked by a pretty blonde junior 'why dont you want to dance at the party?' and i said 'because i listen to pagan black metal and this is the opposite of what i like' she looked shocked. i really should have dropped out at that exact moment
