Last night Back Bay Mission partnered with Ground Zero Blues Club Biloxi to hold our 3rd "Townhall on Homelessness." It was a great night connecting concerned citizens with resources and sharing how we can work towards sustainable solutions for our community.ππ§‘

Join us tomorrow night at Ground Zero Blues Club Biloxi for our Townhall on Homelessness. The theme will be "How to" including how to deal with someone having a mental health crisis, how to get more involved in the community and how to support an overnight shelter being built.

This week we've had students from Heidelberg & Catawba for a "Spring Break with a Purpose" which has included activities each night. One of those was a Back Bay Mission tradition; the shrimp boil! It was a 1st for many but hopefully not the last!ππ§‘

Recently, Aaron's held their regional meeting on the MS Gulf Coast & chose us to be their nonprofit to sponsor for this meeting! They had a table full of supplies & assembled hygiene kits for our Micah Day Center, complete with handwritten notes! Thank you everyone at Aarons!ππ§‘
