I’ve only be consistent for a year n a half dw, I’d say pick a split that works for you, I do push (chest, Tricep, shoulder moves) one day, pull (back, bicep moves) and legs (squats, RDL’s, deadlifts moves). Pick 4 moves for each workout, start with 3 rounds of 10-12 reps.

Pick an amount of days that is realistic for you. You can start at 1/2 days a week. I only do 3 rn since I’m super busy. Make sure you eat enough, and don’t let gym take over your life, it should be something you enjoy. Consistency will get you there, I’ve got a long way to go 2

Lastly look up the exercises before you go to the gym to ensure you get the form right. To grow muscle, you want to ‘progressively overload’ aka up weight n reps over time. Eg you go from 3 rounds n 12 reps 7kg curls to 3 rounds n 8 reps 8kg curls to 3 round n 10 reps 8kg curls
