Well done to all the Cllrs and staff at Prescot Town Hall on presenting the annual Citizen and Volunteer awards afternoon. Lots of volunteer groups were treated like royalty. Rob Howard won the individual award and the Salvation Army food bank volunteers won the group award❤️
