mental that MAFS UK continues to let men who are clearly abusive on their show… shocked but ain’t surprised tbh, but giving these toxic wannabe influencers the air time is soooo grim

This makes me so angry Being sectioned is not just *having a week off to read books and chill* It is done when people are extremely unwell & unsafe As someone who has been sectioned, altho it was necessary because I was psychotic, it was a very traumatising experience

Fen’s entirely valid reaction during Kill On Sight tbh (sorry @daitanfilms for the 240p rip) (go watch the full 4K nastiness on patreon tho)

It was just an odd take imo. To go on and essentially try and debunk mental illness as a whole though is absurd? Quite worrying some of the comments from professionals as well. Good 1am thoughts here lmao.

My treatment went from DBT (which personally didn’t find useful) and now I’m waiting for EMDR since my dx change, which I think will be FAR more successful. It’s certainly not a one size fits all but that narrative held by professionals and/or academics is dangerous.

Diagnoses are used to determine appropriate treatment. I was misdiagnosed EUPD, turns out AuDHD and CPTSD in my case (as I knew). Stigma around EUPD is already dangerous especially by MH professionals, I experienced this myself. Just think these ideas perpetuates it tbh.
