Not only couldn’t I make the payment, but my email was full and I was stressed. Sick with the flu,I had to spend 3 hours with Microsoft support and nobody cares! Misleading, dishonest reps as a bonus. Who am I even dealing with, a scam company or Microsoft?! @Office @MicrosoftTR

If you don’t like this, spend another 3 hours with the sales team via the link I sent. Don’t go to the doctor when sick; spend hours with Microsoft customer service instead. Of course, hundreds of attempts since Wednesday to pay aren’t even included in this 3-hour total!

When you have the flu, people are advised to rest. Microsoft, however, rewards you with a failed 3-hour customer service call, cancelling the subscription I was about to renew for ₺4,099.99, and then forcing me to subscribe again at a higher price.
