Could real estate agents be any more contemptible? You already post misleading images that just waste people's time since I have functioning eyes when I actually view a property. Now you openly admit to a computer doing this trash for you. A plague on all your houses.

Virtual staging has recently cost $20-50/photo based on speed, quality, style, room type, & volume I staged a loft unit in 5 mins for free with ChatGPT 4o’s image generator—decent results, no cost (my first draft below) Things are moving fast

This presupposes that the money left to them is theirs. Why should I be entitled to the fruits of someone else's labour just because of DNA?

Just to be clear, this would not be a tax on the elderly, it would be a tax on their children and grandchildren. Inheritance tax is paid by the living!

Ah yes, when my parents die of course my first thought will be "what's that worth to me". You fucking ghouls. It's not my money. Why, if any was left to me, should I get "money for nothing".

IHT is taxation of already taxed capital – triple taxation in which first income, then savings and finally inheritance are taxed. It punishes the middle class and starves the economy of capital. It's a most unpleasant tax, levied at a time of upset over the death of a loved one

Calling Junior Doctors (itself a misleading term) "doctors in training" is wilfully deceitful. They just aren't at the consultant level. Perhaps we should start calling non-cabinet ministers "politicans in training". TwAtkins.

Really feels like the end of an era. Some of the greatest players to don a Welsh jersey in the pro era. When all is said and done I think history may look more fondly on Tipuric. So often second fiddle to Warburton. In another time he may have been regarded as our greatest 7.

A player who gave everything he had to the red jersey. A sublime goal kicker and key member of the Warren Gatland era. That knowing look around the stadium as he savours his last time leaving the field for Wales. Moving.

Leaving aside the headline is nonsense... "just 2,500 individual calories" So literally the normal amount recommended for the "average" man (who is getting fatter) and roughly equal to 5 Big Macs. Toby really sad he won't be able to smash down his 6th burger a day I guess.

London Mayor Sadiq Khan has signed up all nine million Londoners for the Planetary Health Diet by 2030, which envisages a largely organic vegetarian plan with meat cut to World War Two levels of 44g a day.

Somehow "free speech" now translates to being able to say what you want AND get paid for it. He is free to put his content on YouTube. They are free not to pay him for it. YouTube is a private company with its own T&Cs not aligned directly with the law.

"I don't think" Could have ended the sentence there. Given that the voters quite literally selected this person you are either saying they are all ignorant or that the available alternatives were even less what "they really want".

I may be a ‘silly sod’ or a ‘twit’ - both of those are valid. But I also don’t think voters really want people who’ve spent more time at university than in a job, who get dropped in to a constituency, inserted with a party chip and parrot party lines. Glad to have stoked debate.

This is only "disinformation" if you are incapable of reading the clearly visible time stamp in the top left which indicates the time jump... contrast that with the sky footage not having a timestamp.

Generally a fan of the BBC, don't typically buy into the idea they allow an unbalanced set of views or have much bias in any directions. But censuring a member of a state broadcaster for criticising said state seems more than a little Politburo-y.

Officials don't decide games. There are hundreds of decisions a game, one made at 57 minutes is not more meaningful than one at 3 minutes. The better team always wins.

When energy prices are going up partly because of a drop in availability of gas (a non-renewable) this might be one of the dumbest takes of all time. Nuclear is the best solution to emissions. Solving waste problem is important but we have time. Net zero itself is not the issue

This just feels like an attempt to put more power directly in the hands of the PM. Essentially furthering descent towards American presidential style “executive power” except the people of the U.K. wouldn’t even directly elect the PM…

Badenoch's Office for Economic Growth would be reportable to the PM, with all departmental spending would pass through it. She wants to inject "stronger democratic accountability into spending plans"
