Improving your skills is vastly different from being forced to churn out unpaid work to succeed. I’m sick of the whole “I had to work nights and weekends to succeed”. Just because that’s how you may have done it doesn’t mean we can’t help change the process for the better.
Everyone’s hating on this, but I spent a lot of time improving my skills on weekends early in my career (while still having an incredibly fun social life in Central Florida), and the foundation I built back then paid off for me big time.

@elonmusk I love that these people that think you just buy some shares or some crypto and get rich. LMAO I own Doge because I believe in it and not to become some day trader. I haven't lost anything because I still own my dogecoin. Maybe in 20 years my kids can put it to better use.
