Shida so used to being an all rounder back and front court player together with Nami (who's also great in both) that she forgets Arisa is a dominant front court player who is not as effective from the back.

Arisa getting targeted by FukuMatsu because they know she's the weakest on court. Even Steen commented on it.

It's soooo obvious Arisa/Shida pairing is lacking playmaking and creative shots. Nami was the brain with good shot placements. This new pairing only relies on their speed, which is not enough.
