Recently I have been getting long to the ball so I set up a drill to get my barrel quicker through the zone. I am focusing top hand control.

Hey guys! This week I developed and tested a new work schedule. I loved doing it and can't wait to show more soon! Fall ball is next weekend!

First week of school is done!!! Working on getting fielding reps inside and using a side arm slot!

Soaking up the last days of summer with footwork drills. Having so much fun learning and testing new exercises that are helping me achieve quicker feet!

After watching many YouTube videos for ideas to get started with being more explosive and training my body to move in different directions, I found some exercises to try. Today was more about testing different motions to see what I can start incorporating into my fall workouts.

So grateful for the opportunity to coach at softball camp this week. I loved creating a positive, fun environment for these girls to learn and grow. Giving back just like the older girls once did for me is something I’ve always wanted to do. Such a blast! #givingback
