We are calling on comrades to support our friend Ibrahima Bah, who has been charged with manslaughter for steering a dinghy that collapsed on the Channel 4/12/22, leading to the loss of at least four lives. For more info see: https://t.co/l2GHvXGgAa

The nature of the space and the decisions we make depends on the needs of those in the project at the time. Nothing is too rigid or set in stone to ever change. We hope to hear from you soon! Love, Clapham AWS ✊

in the Clapham shelter. Excitingly, we have also decided to begin hosting small and intimate events in the space. We are a no visible substances space and therefore these events will not be parties or anything alike. Our community is autonomous, transient and flexible.

As we were not overwhelmed with enquiries for people looking to live in a FLINTA space, we feel this is most logical decision at this time. We have also decided to make our address public in order to break down the barriers that were initially in place for people to seek a place

and many of our fellow homeless people. We of course recognise the need for FLINTA specific spaces and therefore those who may be in need of or want those kind of spaces please feel free to contact us so we can discuss this with you.

This has been a well thought out decision that we feel at current aligns more with the project's aims. We believe that it is winter and anyone who needs housing should be able to get that and therefore for now we have decided to scrap that barrier between the project

*Important Project Announcement* After much discussion over the last few weeks, we as a crew have decided to extend our space to CIS men and non-FLINTA (Female, Lesbian, Intersex, Trans and Agender) people.

We are currently helping some of the people arrested and evicted. Please contact us if you're affected.
We are very concerned by the Met police's criminalisation of Arabic. We have seen this with their removal of banners & arrests of women with Arabic signs. The word Intifada means ‘uprising’. That is what is happening. A global uprising against the oppression of Palestinians 🇵🇸

If you or someone you know is in need of housing, call our number (07708524657) to see if we can help. Our mutual aid projects provide food, warm spaces, coffee and books, as well as housing. We are the homeless housing ourselves! We keep us safe!

Emergency shelter for women, trans and non-binary people in Clapham! The Autonomous Winter Shelter network is a mutual aid project. This means we look after each other. The shelter is currently based in south west London but this may change due to the nature of squatting

6 months ago today a serious fire in a badly overcrowded 2 bed flat took the life of Mizanur Rahman and made a further 15 residents homeless, the fire was the preventable result of a landlord's greed, the council and their managing agent's negligence. 1/2
