While I respect an individuals choice regarding what type of yoga they practice...in regards to Bikram Yoga...I really think the words “hurt” and “pain” need to be removed from the dialogue that’s taught. Perhaps replaced by “pressure” or “sensation”? Yoga should not hurt! IMHO
