@tsuijten it appears to be resolved. Think it was because of an underlying issue with Heroku but still investigating

We’re hosted on Heroku, and there were elevated error rates for the past couple of hours. Sorry if this affected you.

We have a server problem and are trying to get to the bottom of the issue. Further updates to follow. Sorry, folks.
