Third and finally: LOADED 50/50. Kale & beetroot in lemon, garlic, chilli & rosemary, topped with peaks of smoked white sweet potato dressing, with edamame beans, radish, spring onion and baked multi-seed veggie crackers. A bit of spice, a bit of crunch, a whole lotta lunch 🥰
