We’re desperate for assistance as the rest of our family (15+ people, 7 rooms) will be going to the port this AM to check in. We will be going with his children to try to talk to leadership at the port as well to see if they can do anything.

Yesterday, @RoyalCaribbean canceled our reso for a cruise that leaves TODAY. I was notified via email saying it was canceled due to a “returned payment.” According to bank this has not been returned. In Seattle (from Dallas) w/3 kids & desperate for a fix, to get onto the ship.
