My lukewarm take is that sometimes you need a relationship that makes you feel so safe that you let yourself unravel. So not a person who triggers you into the work but someone who gives you a safe landing for the work to reveal itself.
my hot take is that there's only so much self-development you can do on your own, a lot of the actual growth takes place when you're in relationships with people and are able to overcome your limitations through subtle tests by being in that arena with someone

When I asked my daughter about her Grade 3 KNEC assessments, she said "easy peasy." Well, she wasn't wrong! This brilliant kiddo scored the highest possible grade in all subjects, exceeding expectations! So proud as she heads into upper primary! 🚀
