Wonderful Sivi Pinot on the skins by @sumanwines. After meeting Rado at Lovran not long ago, enjoying this wine was like being with him again sharing a glass of wine. Next time will be at his place, for a longer visit. Be good, my friend!!

Finca Valdeolmos 2010. Creo que ya es mi finca favorita. Este vino lo tiene todo: acidez, fruta, fuerza, pasión, personalidad, carácter. Increíble este vino. De lo mejores tintos que se elaboran en España. Da igual la añada.

I recently discovered Armand Heitz and his wines. The first two I tasted were the Bourgogne Blanc and Bourgogne Rouge that were really good. Now it was time for this Coteaux de L’Auxois 2020. Outstanding wine. We still have some more of Armand’s wines to discover. Salut!!

When you blind taste you learn a lot. You also happen to taste wines form the same wine region. In this case we opened two Jura wines: Domaine des Marnes Blanches Savagnin En Jensillard 2022. Domaine Pignier Poulsard 2023. Learning to taste and tasting to learn is a hard job.

After a long while wanting to taste Thierry Germain’s wines I finally got hold of this one. It was truly delicious. L’Echelier 2020. Domaine des Roches Neuves. Saumur.
