Wanted to make a card game in #Defold so I remade Triple Triad for fun, the game itself is finished although there is nothing outside of the core gameplay itself (no deck builder etc)

Possible hot take: I really dislike these new "magic link" login schemes, while I get the reasoning, it requires me to open my E-Mail app instead of just having my PW manager auto-fill the credentials making logging into your app much more inconvenient than it should be #WebDev.

Just realized that Helix has successfully overwritten years of Vim key bindings in my head 😅. Never made this many mistakes trying to edit a config file on a server before lol.

Finally got my ZSA Moonlander, typing on a split keyboard will certainly require some getting used to 😅.

I wrote a 5 part article about my experience porting one of @uheartbeast tutorials to #Defold Was a lot of fun and I learned a ton about Defold in the process.

It's kind off a shame that you can't see the running React app on @rescriptlang playground, was playing around on the site to see if I'd enjoy this but its only showing me JavaScript :).

It's impressive how bad a lot of websites and apps deal with slow internet connections ✈️.

The deeper I venture into the #OCaml hole the more I like it!.
