this is what building in public is all about. we thought our mobile experience was solid. then we got some amazing, direct feedback from @PorterGardiner, that showed us we have a blind spot. so, we're not hiding it. this is our top priority now. thank you, porter, for helping
@atombdc Yes I tried signing up and using it for the first time on mobile via the link on your profile. Sign up was fine but the dashboard when logged in was not mobile friendly

just had an idea for a new post while i was out. pulled out my phone, opened zap in the browser, and turned the idea into a full video post with a caption in about 3 minutes. it's now scheduled to go out tomorrow. this is why we made sure zap works on mobile. so you can create

been quiet the last couple days. had to go dark and get deep into the code. sometimes you have to shut out all the noise to wrestle with a core feature until it works. it's a grind, but that's the job. it's moments like these that remind me why we're building zap in the first

happy to share this , we’re building the next major piece of zap, and we’re doing it all in public. we've been talking to a ton of founders. the same problem keeps coming up: creating authentic video, especially ugc-style content, is still too damn hard. so, we're building a

watch what my co-founder @urja_kohli is cooking here. 🔥 the prompt upgrade she's showing is a small detail, but it's everything to us. we're obsessed with making zap feel less like a machine and more like a real creative partner. this is how we do it. one thoughtful feature at

hot take: "move fast and break things" is mostly terrible advice. that works if you're a giant with an army of engineers to fix what you break. for the rest of us, "breaking things" just means breaking trust with your first 100 users. those are the only users that matter. our

what's one skill you've had to learn as a founder that has nothing to do with your job title? for me, as a cto, it's been learning how to write. sales pages, tweets, investor updates... everything is writing. never saw that coming. what's yours?

had some great conversations on here last night. it's a good reminder that this app isn't just about shipping your product. it's about the people you meet while you're building it. who's one person you've met on here that's made your founder journey better?

the hardest part of building something isn't the code or the marketing. it's the whiplash. one minute you feel like a genius cause you made your first $100 online. the next you're staring at a bug for 3 hours and feel like a total fraud. that up and down is brutal. it kills

Founder / Marketer question: What's the one task in your content creation process that consistently makes you want to throw your laptop out the window? For me, it used to be resizing videos for 4 different platforms.

We’re rolling out a 30-day marketing push: each day one company gets custom images + a video reel powered by Zap @usezap_ai . As I was drafting, I realized it’s actually hard to track what people in this space are building. So this series will spotlight projects worth noticing,
