There is nothing called "almost done". My team and colleagues say that we have almost completed the task or it is 99.99% completed. We say that to our clients too. The truth is either it is done or not done. No middle ground. We get paid only for #work that is completed.

2 Steps That’ll Turn You Into a Time Management Wizard 🔻🔻 🔻 🔻 . There's only 24 hours in a day. You, me, your boss, The President, and his pet hamster all get the same amount of time. The difference is. Some people figured out when their brain works at 110% PEAK.

We are good not only at crushing tasks but biryani too. No leftovers. Thank you to our new members for the treat. You know how to win the team’s heart. Biryani 'la' piece is important, and biryani is peace. #workculture #biryanilove #astravue

They let others hijack their time, eat into their schedule, pull them into last-minute calls. And then they wonder why they’re always working but never making more money. Because they never stop to ask and IMPORTANT QUESTION. (4/n).

And by the time you finally get to real work you’re drained. This is why most people NEVER grow past “survival mode”. They wake up reactive. They start the day answering emails instead of setting priorities. (3/n).

Feeling busy doesn’t mean you’re making progress. You can put in 14-hour days, but if 10 of those hours are gone to emails, messages and unscheduled calls, there's NO MEANING. All these are low-value tasks that don’t move your business forward. (2/n).

Hustle culture tells you to grind more, wake up earlier, sacrifice weekends, push through. We call that GARBAGE. (1/n).

You deliver work on time. Then you wait three weeks for feedback because the client needs to "run it by the team.". The team has opinions. Lots of them. All different. Marketing likes the design but wants a different copy. Sales loves the copy but thinks the design is too.

Great project managers choose simple tools that get out of their way. They spend five minutes updating and reviewing stuff and five hours solving real problems. They only look at what’s needed and make decisions based on that. Everything else is noise.

Multitasking Kills Momentum. Asking yourself or your team to juggle multiple priorities “feels” efficient, but it’s a trap. Switching gears constantly burns focus. Mistakes creep in, and it’s a guaranteed way to miss deadlines / launch days. Instead, make it a POINT to focus.

if everything’s urgent, nothing’s urgent. Limit the number of active tasks your team can work on. Instead of juggling five half-done projects, let them focus on one or two. Finished work piles up faster, errors drop, and suddenly deadlines feel manageable again.

What truly drives a company’s growth?. Vision, innovation, operations, talent, and customer focus all matter. But the real magic happens when you impact your users’ everyday lives. This feedback reminded us why it matters 📷

Forget everything you've been told about "productivity" and "efficiency.". The productivity gurus with their 500 color-coded calendars and 47-step morning routines might be “right” but the chances of it working in real world pressure is SO WRONG. Here's what actually matters:.

Your team working late doesn't mean you're moving fast. It means your planning is broken.

Walk away when:. - They want to negotiate your boundaries instead of accepting them.- They compare you to "other agencies" that charge less.- They can't commit to a single decision-maker.- The timeline is impossible and they won't budge on it.- They describe every previous agency.

"Let's get everyone's input on this.". "We should run this by the team.". "I want to make sure all stakeholders are aligned.". These phrases are startup killers. Every additional person in the decision-making process multiplies the time it takes to move forward.

Team / task management tip . EVERY TASK ITEM . Should have ONE guy responsible. When one person owns it, it gets done. Because no one wants to be the ONE guy who screwed up the work. When everyone's responsible, nobody's responsible.

Red flag clients will launch into horror stories about previous agencies that "didn't understand our vision.". It’s like that guy who brags about how many lawsuits he started and won. He’s very likely to pull something off on you. and you’re better off staying away and finding.

Here's exactly what to ask during your discovery calls to spot red flags 🔴🔴🔴. "Walk me through how you've handled creative projects like this before.". Good clients will describe clear processes, reasonable timelines, and lessons learned from past projects. Red flag clients.

Successful project managers care about one thing. and ONE THING ONLY. - Shipping working solutions.- On time.- On budget. They'll break ANY process, skip ANY meeting, and ignore ANY methodology that doesn't serve that goal.
