when facts speak: Addis Ababa's budget is 350 billion birr; subsidy for all 12 reg states 315 billion birr.Some 3 yrs back close to nine hundred thousand students sat for 12th grade final exam; this year only 608 thousand sat for the exam; Ethn popn is increasing, not decreasing?.

as if the constituent units had any remaining powers, the Ministry of Transport is saying there will not be car plates that show names of regional states. There will only be plates for cars issued from the center -ET. This is 'killing the constitution by thousand cuts'.
