My fear is that if I don’t have anyone who loves me around, I’ll end up like Kanye, Lil Peep, or Juice WRLD.

It was a difficult phase for me because I couldn’t manage the relationship, and eventually I had to make a decision and block her. Speaking of blocking, let us understand how a firewall actually blocks traffic and prevents you from visiting the desired website you wanted to. So,

Microservices without a service mesh is like running a city without traffic signals. Service mesh gives you: traffic management retries & timeouts mTLS security observability And the best part? App code almost untouched. Kubernetes samajh gaya? Ab service mesh seekhne ka time hai

Service Mesh 101 (for devs who are secretly confused but nod in meetings): In simple words: Service mesh = a smart layer that sits between your services and the network. It: controls traffic adds security (mTLS) gives metrics & tracing All this without changing your app code

Microservices banayi, k8s pe chadha di. Fir: traffic kahan jaa raha pata nahi logs 10 jagah TLS setup pe dimaag fry Yahi sab handle karne ko banta hai service mesh. Tu code likh, mesh tera network sambhalega. 😉

If you’re doing microservices on Kubernetes without a service mesh, you’re basically doing ‘best of luck’ driven development.

My roadmap from here: KIND → deploy a real app → migrate it to GKE → measure differences (networking, autoscaling, cost, etc.) If you’re getting into Kubernetes, start with KIND. Your brain — and your wallet — will love you for it.

Important reality check: KIND is not for production. It’s built for local dev, testing, prototyping, and education. Master it → then step into GKE/EKS/AKS with confidence instead of fear.

Why KIND is a cheat code for learning Kubernetes: Cluster up in seconds Zero cloud bill Perfect for CI/CD + debugging infra No risk of exposing anything publicly Works with kubectl 100% normally

The mental model that changed everything for me : Laptop → Docker → KIND Cluster → Nodes → Pods → Containers → App Each Kubernetes node is literally a Docker container. Control plane + workers = containers. It behaves like a real cluster.

Learning Kubernetes without blowing money on cloud infrastructure? Yeah, it’s possible — and honestly smarter. Meet KIND (Kubernetes IN Docker): a full K8s cluster that runs locally inside Docker.
