Ten years ago, I authored the draft of MTSU's True Blue Pledge - nearly 95% of its adopted form. Freshman continue to recite it and the university continues to reference it. That's cool. What I know is people can add value when they are added to the conversation.

Supporting all students cannot be optional. It is our obligation as educators and administrators. What can you do TODAY to improve the product or the process? Hoping someone else does it doesn't count!

For the past 6 years, I’ve been honored to be a part of BOOST, a free summer academic enrichment program that positions 90 students from the community for success in the upcoming school year. #village

Above all else, the cranes on DuBai’s skyline stood out to me. Everywhere I turned, I saw cranes. Yet, each one was connected to a different project. The needs of one did not interfere with the needs of the other. If we can construct like that, we can instruct like that, right?
