Makes me reconsider upgrading anything shortly after a new version is made available :( Patchsets should be available much sooner than they currently are..

It's not like the patch process changed in the last 10-15 years... Last time it took about 6 months before the first patchset was installed.. With the upgrade window being only 90 days, I could see this being a major problem if facing a critical bug
