one that probably carries more bit in Canada, but doesn't here in America, where I have a right to speak the truth as I know it.

With what I have, I believe I can reasonably show (again, *I'm not a lawyer and am not practicing law, this is a personal belief*) that Dr. Bourrie isn't a lawyer in this situation resolving a situation before it hits the courts, but an instrument of institutional intimidation,

with unreasonable and unnecessary demands (fishing for information or trying to pressure us into getting counsel prematurely), flippant insults, nonsensical demands, mixed messages, one-sided communications, and a bunch of letters after his name.

a lower income bracket high school graduate living in a small two bedroom apartment (*she* made a point to highlight this) in an entirely different country (and thus no where near Liana) who is not bound by Canada's defamation laws,

Dr. Bourrie's communications amounted to non-actionable noise providing no clear intention or roadmap to resolving anything because, at most likely Liana Kerzner's request (my pure and singular layman speculation), he was there to intimidate

is most likely not supposed to be writing your letters without prejudice for you. Am I supposed to respond with my side (which would disagree with Mrs. Kerzner's?), or am I supposed to not send anything?

and with the ridiculously unprofessional communications (quoted) that occurred before, I believe this amounts to potentially unethical bullying on behalf of a client who, I *might* argue (as I speculate on my homepage) *IF* I were a lawyer (which I'm not)

He can argue for another non-need for punitive damages and injunction, but, he never did, so they must've not actually met this need. Paired with misgendering *after* I posted the word 'dysphoria,' (before I was clearly "Mr. Holly," [sic] and we were "Sirs"),

I'm done with all of that. I'm done with the dramatics. I'm done with the frame. I'm done with the denials. It's over.

I told people to turn back now. A couple seem to have done that. One didn't. That's too late now too. At some point, someone should've actually listened to and believed me, but they didn't. They will next time, if there would ever be one, but there won't be.

If I'm so horrible, why have me on there? And if I'm not so horrible, why not remove it? These are questions everyone *should* be asking, but aren't. Now it is what it is.

The argument is over. It was over months ago. There isn't an argument anymore, just a request to take down my part of Episode 47 of It's Not Therapy which is weirdly denied like that's a good look.

Refuse to make an argument, and only offer judgment? Should'a thought'a of the consequences. It's too late now, there's no reverse button, no undo. It was there, but it wasn't taken. It was refused.

I do not give endless chances. I am not one of infinite forgiveness. Judge me however you want, it won't change my convictions. Arguments do, judgments don't, that simple.

It's too late now to go back. I don't care if the video is deleted or if there's an apology. I held open a window of opportunity for 8 months, knowing I could be further abused (and I was by many), until it was made explicitly clear there was no chance it would happen.
