What a way to end the week !

But was my trip done? Of course not! I saw a friend for the first time in 25 years! Though I was stopped by TSA & flight home was delayed 4 hr, I was lucky to spend time w/ a bunch more ChemEd folks & we made our own after party at gate B37. STOICH! finally landed at ~ 4am 7/

The last session I went to @chemed2025 was Nasko’s fabulous session on “Science in a toilet paper roll”. It was so fun and so much joy. Then I cheated and spent some time with the amazing co chairs 6/

Day 4 began with the Mole Breakfast and, my session on teaching while …., chemistry in real life, DEMOS!!, announcement of chemed2027 in Michigan !, chemistry of rockets, peacemaking, and, of course, the moledown!.Yes, I did line dancing 4/

Day 3 of @chemed2025, learned about some great activities for 1st year chem, then my session on whiteboarding, Irwin Talesnick Award amazing plenary with Dr Joslynn Lee, a session about identify in a chemistry classroom Molympics, AACT happy hour and more! 3/

Day 2 of @chemed2025 started different since I had a follow up zoom with Kivunim! Then I tie dyed an apron (currently still being rinsed out), the plenary with @chemistrykit , PAEMST picture, sessions of story boarding, vischem, the Mole and so much joy. 2/

Finally have some time for @chemed2025 recap .Day 1 was seeing old friends, meeting others IRL, & making new ones while doing a ton of Make and Takes including lip balm, lone pairs (pears!!). Density columns, pins, bouncy balls, and more. And no, I didn’t make the pH log log 1/
