today is my first day 100% as an indie hacker. Last week, my 3-day-a-week freelance mission ended. Just like that, I lost 90% of my income. So now, I’m all in. Freelancing won’t be my main source of income anymore, just a backup if needed. The goal is to live from my own.

i set up PostHog a few months ago on one of my products. but this morning, I finally took the time to dig in: real dashboards, real insights. and man… the stuff I was missing about how people use the product. it’s like I just rediscovered my own tool

my main bottleneck with my product MyFeedIn is acquisition. i already generated ~6500€ with this project . but now, i need more eyeballs on it . in order to understand the users, where they are coming from, and what they want to do, i just added a quick survey after installation

what marketing tools would you recommend to someone launching their very first side project?. not the fanciest, just the ones that actually help ship faster, get first users and understand your visitors

yesterday, I won the 1st place on Uneed for MyFeedIn 🎉. but what are the actual results? . > ~10 visitors on the website.> 1 signup . it’s not huge ! But the product is a chrome extension for LinkedIn. Not really the right audience probably on Uneed. But the most important thing.
