Best form of developer marketing is showcasing great tech, ideas rather than comparing with something else. That's what Next.js did from early days. We never talked about the Next.js routing system in comparison with React Router. We liked our router and kept building it.
Look, Remix seems like a great framework, and I’m excited for advancement in the react framework space, but I really dislike how condescending and absolutist all the messaging around it is. It is exhausting.

This is pointless. NFTs are never about where the artwork is hosted. The value of artwork has nothing to do with the value of NFT. You are not buying an artwork. Storing it in a immutable storage doesn’t make it much better or worse.
I wrote a response to moxie’s awesome 💩nft. TL;DR, if you use IPFS you’re basically fine.

This is just a test to understand the workflow. FYI:. * I created this using Solana (It's cheap, cost ~$1 for this).* Image & metadata hosted on Arweave (a distributed storage, but don't know much about it).* Used some Node + CLI tools to do this.

Forking colors.js or faker.js is not the solution. We need something like Netflix for NPM which actually funds developers.

Interesting. This exposes a lack of funding, open-source slavery as well our stupidity on trusting only semver.
News: Marak adds an infinite loop to break the `colors` package, to protest lack of open-source funding. This follows the faker.js issue. The message is marred by troll behavior, adding zalgo text and tagging notable maintainers with disingenuous spam.

Reverting the NPM is fine. But suspending his GitHub is a shitty move. Dear @github you need to justify the decision.
NPM has reverted to a previous version of the faker.js package and Github has suspended my access to all public and private projects. I have 100s of projects. #AaronSwartz

They why won’t you simple keep the image inside Arweave/IPFS and call it the day.
The value proposition of an NFT comes down to ownership and immutability. The idea is that, if someone is buying one of these, they (usually) expect it to remain the same a year and 10 years from now. ⇩.
