I bought some blinds from @blinds2go One is too small and falls down. Company asked for photo, I sent one showing the end of the tape measure and the blind. They want another photo showing the whole tape measure. Do they think I’m incompetent or lying?.

Happy to call out #excellentservice from @MarksElectrical We bought a fridge and it wasn’t installed correctly. They sent people back twice till it was sorted to our satisfaction (tbh it was their responsibility but they didn’t question the need to sort it).
