I am proud to announce that the new version of the LinterCop is here. This release is special to me, because besides fixes of several bugs and no less than 10(!) new rules, this is truly a community effort to which multiple people have contributed 🤗.

Does anybody know if it's possible to catch an missing permission in Dataverse error on a CDS table in BC?. The .Get() runs into a runtime error. Unfortunately the .ReadPermission() doesn't seems to work. Running a Page based on CDS Table provides a clear error though. #bcalhelp

@StefanMaron Behind the scenes, a significant transformation took place. This involved overhauling the build pipelines, implementing preprocessor directives in C#, and refining the logic within the VS Code extension to match with the right version of the LinterCop.dll artifact.

Together with @StefanMaron we've release a new version of the LinterCop to support multiple versions of the AL Language. Until today we could only supported the latest version. You can now seamlessly switch between different version of the AL Language in VS Code🤗. #msdyn365bc.
