You always have at least two choices, sometimes many more. When you are faced with trying something new you will either succeed or learn. You never have to view it as failure. You are a divine being, you can create almost anything you desire. So go forth to learn and succeed.

Sometimes you lose a friend, through death, distance or simply you grow in different directions. Seek to release the bitterness, anger and sadness. These are low vibrational energies, remember the love and the happiness. You are never alone, good things are in store.

When others come to you and insist that you take a certain course of action, it is wise to always ask....is this message coming from a place of love? Often times the message is coming from a place of fear, control, anger & the only thing you must do is to reject the message.#love

Tomorrow is a glorious day filled with awe and wonder. Will you take time to appreciate the beauty all around you? It is there, you must stop, look away from your phone and up toward the sky to appreciate this expansive, colorful sky. Breath in nature, it will color your world.

What harsh words did you hear today and when you heard them did you judge them? One of the strongest things you can do when you hear a harsh tone or observe a heinous act is to send love, not just to the victim but to the abuser. Love heals all things, believes all things. #love

Forgiveness is an inside job. You become good at it the same way you become good at most things, with practice. Forgiveness is done not for the other person, but in order that you may feel free, lighter and better equipped to fulfill your purpose on earth. Forgive today. #Monday

We adore you, even the messy, angry, sad parts of you. Your goal in coming to earth is not to be perfect, it is to express yourself, all of you. It's not necessary to stay in anger, or sadness, but it is necessary to feel it all. It's all good, because it's all you. We adore you!

Sit down with a book, a very good book. It might be a how to, a novel, a memoir. Open your mind to expansion with thoughts that are not your own. How magnificent this world might be if we put down our phones and shut off the television and simply lost ourselves in a book. #Sunday

Forgiveness is never condoning the harm that you believe someone caused. Forgiveness is ceasing to feel resentment. Forgiveness sets you free. You won't ever know total joy without it. It's not a destination, it's a practice and the more you do it, the better you become. #Friday

Find your joy. It's not going to sneak up on you like a cat, you must track it down and cultivate the happiness held deep inside you. Remember a time you laughed... out loud, recall the story or the moment. It's there, that tiny spark of joy that can erupt into a volcano.

You are not alone. We are with you, your deceased loves are near, your spirit guides are at hand. Do you UNDERSTAND how much love is ALL around you. It's there, so the question becomes will you take a moment and stop to feel the ENERGY of us. For we are always with you. #thursday

What do you want, the moon, it is yours. Whatever you desire dear one you also have an equal capacity to possess. So what stops you!.interestingly you. Not the expansive soul part of you, the earthy part of you that says I don't deserve it, but if you desire it you do deserve it!
