lots of messy thoughts at the moment, so I apologize for my crudeness, but I hope that this kind of almost-toxic entitlement behavior can be rectified for the osu player base.

not every host has the time, energy and/or money to put the kind of effort in to include customs, incl. osu! staff.not to mention that if the tournaments themselves allow osu to license their originals (esp. tbs), more people can enjoy the otherwise "single-use" songs and artwork.

as an outsider, **personally**, posts like these exemplify a problem in the osu community, regarding this sense of unjustified entitlement coming from a lack of understanding (and in some cases, an explicit disinterest in understanding) of the MANY difficulties in tournament org.

"working with passion" is not a buzzword to excuse this kind of entitlement, moreso if it's from the playerbase.designers, organizers, poolers+mappers, and a whole lot of other people work very hard to organize tournaments for players to enjoy.

as a designer for quite a handful of osu tournaments now, when I see people ask for more customs just because "other tournaments do".completely ignoring how much organization, work and proper compensation goes into *each and every custom*, I can't help but express some concern.
amazing how MWC is reusing tiebreaker songs from other tournaments. last year we only had a tiebreaker with custom song and, honestly, the result is forgettable. VNMC for example, has a custom song for every tiebreaker, showing that its possible to do it if you WORK WITH PASSION.
